Social Security Disability Claims AppealsDedicated to helping individuals
with Social Security disability
claims throughout the United States.
Reconsideration Level In most states the Reconsideration level is to review and appeal the initial decision. The appeal must be filed within 60 days of the initial denial. The same State Agency makes another determination at this level. More than 75% of claims nationwide are denied at Reconsideration level. About half of those who are denied do not appeal the decision. Our Claim Representatives file an appeal on all valid claims, complete all necessary paperworks and gather all additional information in support of a favorable decision. We have a very good success rate at this level of adjudication.
